When should you get it and how soon when you reach end game? Also how much of a benifit is it can you survive with out it (i can understand that it would be needed for some things). Or should i be not worrying about it at all just yet?

Sorry if it is a noob question but it has just been bothering me. Could i get a link for all the stats as well please. Thanks

15k armor is identical to normal max armor in every way but for appearance. It isn't necessary by any means.

And as Kakumei said - 15k armor is just eye-candy. It has no benefit over any other max armors. You should NEVER worry about it.

i have made it my special friend

but there was no mention or extra stats or anything which i natural thought it had as it is more expensive and looks better. So FoW armour is that any better?

Same thing with FoW, the stats are the same as on any cheaper max armor set. In GW, all expensive armor has the same stats as any normal 1.5k armor set, they just look different.
